「Amazing. Very well situated in the heart of the city. The staff is very professional, useful and kind. The 2 restaurants are wonderful. The Chinese one offers incredibly delicious dim sum. The other Lao and international food, all very tasty. We could organize some tuktuk tours with the concierge help and it was very well organized. Thank again for those memories.」

「Very satisfied, bed and pillows were excellent, clean and modern hotel, helpful and smiling staff. Aircon was good but switched off a few times, not sure why. Location very good. Pool is fine, but there were no real sunbeds though you can sit in the pool. Recommended if you want modern comfort」

「The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere. The most grateful thing I’ve had was that the hotel staff arranged the one day tour from the hotel to Vang Vieng even though I’d asked them few days before. For me who didn’t know much about Laos, this one day tour...
