"I hope the Hilton/Homewood company values the extremely hardworking front desk and cleaning staff at this busy hotel. They were working hard to take care of the many guests while I was there -- and some of the guests were rude and disrespectful of the front desk staff. The staff remained incredibly patient and professional throughout. Every one of them -- and everyone of the cleaning staff who have huge rooms to quickly clean (including kitchens) deserves a raise!!"

"I had an amazing stay. We were there for a family member’s funeral. Double Tree is always my go too hotel. My goodness, the cookies. Amazing. The staff in reception were absolutely incredible. I didn’t have breakfast there, it is not complementary, however that was fine and expected. I do however, try to dine in for dinner, and was told by the bar tender on site that there was 1 chef and it would take him a long time to accommodate us. We opted out and went elsewhere for dinner. Other than that, the stay was amazing. The balcony was lovely, clear view of South Park mall! Walking distance from just about everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"I could not recommend a hotel any higher. This place is amazing! It’s affordable, clean, and staffed by friendly people who are professional and respond quickly to any requests. I would stay here again and again and again. "

"The stay was comfortable and pleasant complete with friendly and welcoming staff. Overall the facility was clean. I did run into some questionable staining on the bed linens to which I requested and was given clean linens (Sheets with staining should trashed not placed on a bed for the next guest). The sofa in the room also had some spots which resembled pet drool, I would recommend the facility to invest in a steam cleaning machine especially for rooms that house pets. Also, we were only given 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay for 2 people therefore we had to request more of those from the front desk. The facility should consider the number of patrons and days of a reservation when stocking the rooms. Having to request clean linens and bath towels can be a real inconvenience especially those in town on business. Overall, the facility and staff did leave a good impression with a few minor tweaks this property could be on the 5 star rating. "
