The rooms were clean, but spartan. No microwave. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We mentioned we were hungry when we arrived and the check-in person immediately offered us granola bars. No coffee in the mornings, but there are a few coffee shops nearby. The front desk was able to give us recommendations for nearby snacks and pizza. Overall a pleasant stay.

Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.
