"Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. "

"Horrible bed , sank to the middle , front desk could t do anything about it , we put into a handicap room on 1st floor(1 chair to lounge/sit at table. Food shoppers at frehmart when parking headlights lite up the room at night and in the morning , the black out shade didn’t work to block it . Front desk not familiar with park city skiing or the mountain. Not familiar with bus schedule. Pre paid Breakfast ($22 pp) , buffet style powdered egg ( scramble ) bacon/suagage home fries ( same menu for the entires trip. Not sure why couldn’t order for regular menu omelet and home fries $19 ( cheaper than buffet price) was told I needed to pay for it. Most of the stuff on the menu cheaper than the buffet pre paid price. Hot tub hot , but no pressure in the jets ( felt like sitting in a bathtub "

"Very close to slopes. Rooms were dorm style but good value. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty nice stay. "

"Big room. Nice staff. Goodlocation. Easy walk to lifts. Great lobby. The rooms are a bit tired, however, and could use some refreshing and updates. The fridge was very loud. A switch in tbe bathroom didnt work. That kind of stuff. "

"Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect our devices to wifi. Tried to explain when I called the management office. While they were very friendly, I could not make it understood that we were not having issues with the tv connection, rather the wifi router. Maintenance came while we were away and the tv was on, to show that tv connection worked, but that was not the issue. I addition, some of the outlets did not recognize our device plugs for charging. Overall we were very happy with our stay and recommend."
