Pricey, but doesn’t get any better

Conveniently located within walking distance of the gondola. Beautiful property with incredibly comfortable bed and amenities that one would expect from a five star resort. There was also a transport shuttle available from the hotel property to downtown Park city

I wanted to leave a better review but no one ever called me back from the property so that solidified my feelings regarding the property owner. Upon entering we could smell an odor it did not smell clean and the floors were dirty and our bed had food crumbs in it. When we got back to our room after eating dinner we found out our stove knob was broken, the water spicket was broken, the shower smelled like sweat and had soap scum on the shower heads this made it so no one could shower or use the steamer like we hoped for. I called and reported these items and they came the next day to fix them. After they left I also noticed that the bathroom wood on the bottom of the vanity was broken and parts of the bed frame were broken too. When we checked out the desk person asked how our visit was I told them it was decent but the room was a disappointment she said I should follow up with the owners I left a voice message and never heard back. You would think that the owners would keep the rooms cleaner and get items fixed before having new customers come in or offer some sort of discount. My advice would be to not use the white pines associated with west gate just stay with west gate so you are taken care of.

Great resort

This is a place to stay if you ski. Westgate resort is amazing. Very well maintained and offers so many complimentary services and amenities. There are several restaurants with easy access through the buildings. Short walk to gondola. Studio is really tiny. It is great for 2 people though. Kitchen is stocked, but no place to cook. However, for the price I paid it was a bargain and I will book again for sure.

One of the best ski places we have ever stayed. A little hard to figure out the layout of the building to begin with, after that all the great aspects of the property more than make up for it.

Was too small for 2 adults, 2 kids. Couldn’t move with pull out couch out. Not a great fit for our family. Would be great for 2 people. Door to bathroom came off slider, dryer broke, toilet broke. Great location, convenient for skiing. The hotel had awesome swimming pool/hot tubs. Kid friendly. Guest services were awesome!

Very confusing layout. Four properties joined as one so it’s a maze. Very spread out to get from room to ski storage and pools. Often took multiple elevators to reach your destination. Not many dinner choices. But great location to Canyons slopes and great price. Good shuttle service as well to Park City mountain and town. Nice accommodations.

I loved this place! Quaint & Cozy with tons of space. Beautiful bathroom and bedroom studio set up at an amazing rate. Never want to stay anywhere else for Sundance!
