"Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, overall it was a good stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait time for the elevators, there were times we had to wait 5-6 minutes for an elevator and when we did get on one it was full and stopped on every floor because someone else was waiting to get on and couldn’t because it was full."

"Overall, this hotel provides good service, with friendly staff, decent facilities, and a diverse selection of breakfast options. If I come again next time, I would likely stay here again. There are two minor drawbacks that need improvement: I observed two or three customers unable to access their rooms due to malfunctioning room keys. Additionally, the metal L-shaped brackets securing the mattresses have sharp edges, and I got cut when getting out of bed!"

"Everything was fine until we asked about the elevator situation. They only have one for the entire property which makes it a struggle. We didn't have hot and when we call the front desk we were told they will call the manager, we never got a call or feedback from anyone, we had to go shower to our friend who was also staying at the property. Breakfast crew was awesome and the food was good. I will definitely stay there again. I'm pretty sure the hot water situation was addressed later on. "
