This stay was amazing. We booked here last minute and it was the best thing to ever happen to us. The staff is so wonderful, the rooms are beautiful and if was very accessible. I would 10/10 recommend it and would stay again.

Easy and efficient appart hotel at a very good quality-price ratio! Not far away from the subway to go directly to Paris at a reasonable fare compared to other hotels in Paris. Very nice staff. A fitness room would have been a plus.

The place was just what we needed. Also had several amenities I didn't expect. I will say the added fee of parking was something that wasn't on here. I did struggle to get out of there too.. all in all it was great place. They were very helpful with recommendations on what to do.

The property was very clean, our apartment was impeccable. The only problem we came across was an issue with our AC. Hilda was on top of everything and kindly moved us to a different apartment, with an upgrade, that made our two days stay totally comfortable.

5 day stay during October

We picked this location as we have family near by. The apartment itself was well equipped for cooking and spacious but it could do with a little more maintenance staff present. The lift was out of service for the whole of our stay (Tue - Sat) after walking 10 minutes from the metro station (partly uphill) we walked up to the 6th floor with suitcases only to find the front door didn’t open properly. We called for help and the person on the line told us to push in and pull. This worked on and off but i don’t think it’s the ideal situation for guests. In some days I could get in straight away and in some it took several tries. The door needs fixing. The walls looked a little tired and the pillows were all quite puffy and no flatter options for those of us who prefer them. Lastly they provided ear plugs which came in handy as we could hear heavy footsteps constantly from the flat above us. We got two emails from them to say sorry for the inconvenience but nothing else.

Taking the most expensive room type was the biggest mistake. The rooms are in the basement and lack any sort of privacy. Serious issues here.

We absolutely loved this property. It was ckean, bright, spacious, great ammenities and fantastic staff. Close walk to the metro and rer trains, we could be anywhere in Paris in less thsn 30 minutes.

Great price for a good location that has several transportation options to get into the heart of Paris easily. Had views of the Eiffel Tower from some of the rooms and rooftop that I was not expecting and was quite nice. The wifi did not work towards the end of my stay though.

1. The bathroom had hair around the painted wall area - special attention should be paid to cleaning high zone areas. 2. This was a big one for me, the main road outside has a fault with the main road. There is a collapsed section of the road, which lorries would drive over and shake the whole room (super early). Get the local mayor to get involved and repair that road asap - it's impacting my love ratio with this property...sorry.

Poor service

I was on the fourth floor. You can hear every single vehicle along the road. Very poor sound proofing. The desk isn’t manned 24/7, which is ok but they should at least ensure the main door and/or lifts aren’t accessible without a fob. Anyone can come in and wonder around. Worst of all there wasn’t any hot water. Badly communicated and left us waiting a long time. Didn’t come back on until the evening. Nothing offered by way of compensation. It’s a shame because it’s well located, well equipped and clean. Staff are friendly too. But just not a good service.
