I loved my room - very clean and comfortable and quiet. Check-in and check-out were easy. Nice location - a quieter side street yet near major streets. Just a few blocks from Gare de Nord, which is handy for the Eurostar Chunnel train. I didn't use the metro, but relatively close. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants near by. I felt safe in the neighborhood.

As with many places we've stayed, location is the best feature of this hotel. If you're used to walking, it's less than 10 minutes to many attractions. Otherwise, a 2 minute walk to Metro or less than one minute to a city bus. The rooms clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the bed comfortable. Actually fairly quiet for being in the city. As for restaurants, there aren't a lot close, but I highly recommend Hugo. Just around the corner.

The apartment is in a good area with a grocery store right next door along with a metro station within 100m. The apartment was clean and modern. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Paris.

The hotel is close to subway (1 minute), safety area, the rooms are renovated, no noise, excellent to a family for 4 person. Two different rooms with two comfortable bedrooms and whole structure in case you decide to have breakfast at hotel. Supermarket, bakery and pubs in the same street (10 meter from hotel).

The Serotel Suite is a lovely place; modern, safe and with friendly staff. This appartment style hotel is perfect for longer stay, or to travel with the whole family. There was a couple things not working properly in the room; lightning under the cabinet, shower drain not draining properly... all of which have been reported, but couldn't not be fixed during our stay. We would definitively consider staying there again on our future travels to Paris :-)

Conveniently located for tourist

I was visiting with two young children from America. The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the convenient location. There was a mini supermarket next door and many good restaurants along the street. It was very close to two subway stops; if you follow the street, there is a mall. I also enjoyed having a living area because the kids and I were not always in each other's space.

Nice hotel i quiet area

We had a lovely stay at Serotel Suites in may 2024. Rented a luxury suit for 4 nights. Pleasant staff and nice room. The beds were too firm for our likings, but apart from that it was a good experience. Short way to metro, restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood at night with little/no car traffic. If we go back to Paris, this hotel might see us again. Recommended.

Good set up with separate sleeping areas for 3 people .Property very clean. Worktop damaged in apartment the only flaw. Very clean and daily cleaning excellent. Friendly staff. Arrived late and self check in was difficult until we realised the code provided was for the unlit lower screen not the obvious one above that was lit.Enjoyed our stay.

Very quiet for Paris -- I was on fourth floor Very friendly staff. Grocery and metro very close and convenient. Expedia listing says it has laundry. It doesn't There is a laundromat close by, but nothing in the hotel. This is why I gave 4 instead of 5 starts.
