Uncomfortable bed, they don’t give you new towels unless you pay a fee - which isn’t specified on Expedia. The hotel reception staff are not friendly, and one member of staff wanted to enter while I was there in the room to change a leaflet, intrusive when I said why and can’t they do it when I check out

Foi a nossa primeira vez Paris para comemorar os nossos 10 anos de casados e ao chegarmos no hotel o atendente Benjamin nos presenteou o quarto com a vista incrível para a Torre Eiffel. A nossa estadia foi incrível, o hotel bem localizado próximo à estação de metrô, suíte muito boa e espaço muito aconchegante! Recomendo é um ótimo custo benefício!

Had to change the room for there were holes in the window construction through which cold air blew into the room adding to the coldness inside. It is generally cold in the property as it totally relies on central heating which was not switched on in the city yet. The second room I was placed in was warmer and nicer - many thanks to the ladies at the front desk. They were very helpful and extremely polite and friendly. They tried to fix the problem with the wi-fi which was fixed eventually - many thanks for this as well. However, these things should be properly managed by the property managers without waiting until guests report the problems. With such an approach I wonder how the whole business hadn't turned into a wreck. Finally, the city tax is enormously and disproportionately high - this does not refer to Odalys Levallois property. This is the issue the city of Paris should definitely re-consider. Can we as the city guests at least get central heating when it is cold outside as part of this tax?

The staff (Francisca and the the gentleman who's name starts with an A were very helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed speaking with them. Very nice room.only concern was the cost todo your laundry found it very expensive.

Al check-in ci hanno detto che avevano solo 2 letti singoli mentre io avevo prenotato inserendo la richiesta del letto matrimoniale. Rispondo che andavano bene i letti singoli per non fare storie, ma non sarebbe corretto. Camera con un livello di pulizia non sufficiente, in 3 giorni non sono mai venuti nemmeno per spazzare, sono dovuta scendere in reception 2 volte a chiedere la carta igienica, inoltre avevamo solo un telo a testa che ovviamente non ci hanno mai sostituito. Il lavandino aveva lo scarico intasato ed emanava un cattivo odore, abbiamo avuto anche un problema allo scarico del WC che però hanno risolto. L'unica cosa a mio avviso positiva è stata la colazione, ma l'ultimo giorno (stamattina) siamo scese alle 7:30 e mancavano metà degli articoli che abbiamo trovato i giorni precedenti (yogurt sfuso, acqua, Nutella, marmellata, burro di arachidi, coltello per tagliare il pane)

J'avais réservé 3 jours chambre grand lit. Je me suis retrouvé dans 1 lit de 70 cm. Sans compter qu'il n'y a pas de clim et que la ventilation laisse à désirer. Et réponse: hôtel complet, on ne peut rien faire. J'ai été amené à interrompre mon séjour et ai acquitté au total 515 €. La place de parking m' été facturée totalement alors que je ne l'ai occupé qu'une nuit. Je n'y retournerai plus

Unsere Wünsche nach Einzelbetten wurde von Expedia nicht weitergegeben und vom Hotel deshalb nicht berücksichtigt. Die Reinigung im Zimmer war schlecht. Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank vom Vorgänger. Très bon séjour à l'hôtel en famille avec enfants dans une chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous avons été très bien reçu par le personnel qui est vraiment sympathique. Hôtel bien situé pour se rendre à Paris, depuis la gare à quelques 10ene de mètres (gare disposant d'un guichet avec agent sur place pour vous conseiller sur les trajets ainsi que la formule de transport la plus avantageuse). Quartier calme avec des commerces à proximité.

tres mauvaise experience

La chambre qui m'a été attribuée était grande ouverte a mon arrivée le ménage n'avait pas été fait la salle de bain comportait de la terre au sol. Je suis donc redescendue a la réception pour demander un remboursement mais malheureusement le réception n'a pas voulu procéder au remboursement, j'avais pourtant choisi de payer sur place. De plus la réception m'a demandé a plusieurs reprise de partir j'ai donc rendu la clef et je n'ai pas utilisé la chambre.

Un séjour qui a mal commencé

J’ai réservé 2 nuits dans cet établissement pour ma mère, âgée de 77 ans. Son train est eu du retard et elle est arrivée vers 23h en taxi. Le réceptionniste lui a remis la clé de sa chambre et, à sa grande stupeur, quand elle y est rentrée, elle était déjà occupée. Elle est retournée à l’accueil et le réceptionniste a pris 1h avant de lui remettre des clés d’une autre chambre, sans explication claire. Étant très inquiète pour ma mère, j’avais déjà pris la route entre temps. À mon arrivée, après minuit, j’ai parlé au réceptionniste pour comprendre ce qu’il s’est passé. Il s’exprimait avec difficulté, à voix très basse, et je n’ai pas compris la raison pour laquelle il a fallu près d’une 1h pour lui trouver une chambre disponible. La nouvelle chambre était très bien mais l’hôtel aurait dû réagir avec plus de réactivité et communiquer avec elle pour la rassurer.

Highly recommend this place

My Wife and I went for a day in Paris to celebrate Valentine’s and we had a great stay at Odalys. Spacious room, clean, comfortable with an excellent reception always ready to respond. With a nice breakfast. There’s a train station only few steps away Also not far from arch de triumph and downtown.
