We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff members made the experience wonderful. The room was clean and the breakfast selection offered a food range of continental food. I can not commend the staff highly enough, especially the waiters/watresses who worked tirelessly this morning! It is a little further than expected from the centre of Paris (roughly 20 minutes (€11 - €15 to and from the centre) ).

Enjoyed our stay with my 8-yr old son from a location & accessibility perspective but the staff at the front desk are rude (would not give me an extra glass for the room, or spoons for my son to have his yogurt). The house-keeping staff are very professional & courteous!!

We enjoyed our time at Novotel. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. Even though the breakfast was a bit pricey, it was delicious. We were also impressed by how eco-friendly the hotel was since they used no single use plastics.
