Friendly staff, cute hotel and ambiance, around the corner from public transportation, comfortable room. The only thing is it's not close to the Eiffel Tower but accessible by train.

Valuen for money, friendly hotel

All of the staff were super friendly and spoke very good english. Bed was comfortable and I believe in Paris standards the room and bathroom were quite spacious! Metro and minimart right around the corner, many restaurants, and catacombes within walking distance.

Isabella and Amber were absolutely amazing. All of the staff was so welcoming and answered any questions that I had. The interior is beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone staying in Paris!

The Hotel was fine. The only problem was that there were many stairs and were narrow. It was a bit noisy as you could hear people from other rooms talking.

Small room/bathroom but I’ve learned that a lot is small in Paris. Well decorated and very clean. No fridge in the room and no ice maker on property. They ask you to leave your room key whenever you leave out which is weird but they also don’t ask for an ID when you return. Every occasion it was different staff when we returned. Location is walking distance from a lot a stores and restaurants. 3 min walk to bus and metro that will take you to all the attractions. I’d recommend.

No air conditioning during the vinter.

We had a problem with high temperature in our room during the whole duration of our stay. In the description on hotels.com it clearly states that the room has air conditioning, however this is not the case during the winter part of the year. Do to my father’s condition with noise sensitivity we were not able to open the windows during the night. We were then left with a room with nearly no ventilation and high temperatures. When we addressed this issue with the hotel staff we experienced some help, however it was not adequate. We are left wondering why they just couldn’t turn on the air conditioning? When we asked the reception about the air conditioning, they did not give us any information about why it was not possible to turn it on. It was not until we spoke with one of the maintenance guys that we were told that the air conditioning was only turned on during the summer. If comfort and good service is important for you, I would recommend staying away from this hotel.

Pegamos esse hotel porque vimos que tinha sido recém reformado, mas tivemos problemas de mofo no banheiro, nos lençóis e pia entupida. A manutenção e a limpeza diária são muito irregulares. A pia estava claramente entupida e ninguém tomou uma providência até chegarmos tarde à noite e ela estar quase transbordando. Tivemos que reclamar de algo que era facilmente identicável durante a limpeza do quarto. Além disso, a reposição de itens de toilette só ocorre se pedirmos. Meus pais estavam em outro quarto e não tiveram problemas. A localização é próxima do metrô e o bairro é tranquilo. Camas conforráveis.

Todo estuvo Muy bien al inicio pero en el segundia día tuvimos varios piquetes. Decidimos no prestar atención, pero para la última noche de estancia estaba llena de ronchas y sentía piquetes, al mirar la cama nos encontramos con una chinche. Decidimos irnos en la madrugada (4 am) porque nos dió mucho temor que pudiéramos tener más piquetes. Uno de los días no realizaron la limpieza del cuarto, y también encontramos cucarachas. Es una verdadera lastima, ya que el personal es muy amable, sin embargo nos parecieron muy malas las condiciones de higiene. Queremos sugerencias para saber el protocolo a seguir por esta situación, ya que estamos a punto de regresar a México y nos da pavor que llevemos algún tipo de insecto con nosotras, sobre todo chinches, ya que su picadura es espantosa.

parfait

j’ai passé un très agréable wk dans cette belle chambre, superbe accueil, tout était très propre et le lit était bien confortable. j’ai aussi très bien dormi grâce aux rideaux qui étaient occultants. la clim fonctionnait à merveille et était déjà allumée à mon arrivée, avec la chaleur du moment c’était très bien vu; mais la chambre restait quand même assez fraîche même sans l’allumer ! petit bémol au niveau de l’insonorisation de la chambre mais à part cela, je n’ai aucun commentaire négatif :)
