Excellent city centre hotel within easy reach of RER and metro. Well appointed location and friendly staff. On tap free coffee and tea a bonus. Only negative was the room was stuffy due to an issue with the aircon unit.

I loved the quaintness and smallness of this hotel. Great location could walk to so many places for eating, shopping and getting to the Hop on Bus. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. It was a really clean and tidy hotel. The only fault I felt was the dim lighting in the room.

We arrived at 7 AM leaving we would have to wait until the afternoon to get a room, but we’re pleasantly surprised when they immediately allow us entry into our rooms. All employees are extremely friendly and helpful rooms are very clean and well organized. Highly recommend to triumph is about four blocks away.

A small but luxurious hotel, staff are really friendly. communicate in fluent English, making it convenient for international guests. Rooms are certainly on the smaller side, but are in a good state. There’s a local train, tram and bus station a 4 minute walk away, taking you to all major destinations in Paris.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Paris. Hands down!. Great location. There are many restaurants are around the area that you can dine and choose from. it is Central located near all the attractions in Paris and the shopping area by train. It’s 20 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. The arch is a 15 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is amazing and friendly. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are a little bit tight, but it is worth every penny. The area is quiet and safe so if you visit Paris, this should be one of the hotels on your list.

First off, this property seems to have been renovated so it is overall pretty modern looking vs typical European style. The staff speak English and are all very kind and helpful. There are snacks for free to take in the lobby (brownies, cookies, lollipops, and free hot water, cups, coffee, tea) which was awesome and was helpful for us going out during the day and needing some snacks along the way. Room was very spacious both the room and the bathroom. Our room has two small balconies which was great though they are small (Paris standard) so we didn’t use but was nice to have. Room was clean overall (def some age despite more modern looking but not a bother at all, I am quite picky about cleanliness and found this overall great!) amazing toiletries provided including slippers and bathrobes whcih were a great touch! Breakfast was also good. Not extreme amount of choices but good enough. Easy to find, safe and quiet neighbourhood and very close to train station to get to tourist sites. Would definitely come back :) not to mention can walk over to arc de triomphe!

The location is excellent, the hotel seems to be recently renovated, the staff is very friendly, the room was very clean yet quite small. We were struggling to find a place to place our luggages inside the room. The wardrobe is very small that it can barely fit few items. Also, my card was charged weeks before my arrival, then I was asked to pay again upon arrival. I had to chase many times to get my overcharged amount refunded. It happened eventually yet I don’t get the point of the free cancellation option if they want to guarantee their payment weeks in advance. Quite inconvenient!

Had a great stay at this property, a very quiet, chic hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the area was quiet and safe easy to access from the centre of Paris. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others as staff were lovely. Would stay again!
