The room was beautiful, I was very happy with my stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating and all in all had a great time. I didn’t have their breakfast because I was always out so I don’t really know how that is to give it a proper rating.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The metro is just a few steps outside the door of the hotel and very convenient for day travel around the city.

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect for me as I wanted to be close to Cite University campus which was less than 10 minutes walking up the street! It’s right at the M4 train station as well and very convenient. I took the train from the airport to arrive! I loved my small and cozy balcony room! I will miss it! The staff was pleasant and friendly! The hotel has recently changed ownership with a new name! I would have been confused had I not read a review before arriving! I was not aware of this change until then. It is now Bobos hotel. They also serve a small complimentary breakfast! I enjoyed my stay and would stay again…

One of my favourite places I’ve stayed! I’ll get the negative out of the way first. If you are looking for a hotel with a “classic Paris view” this is not that. However everything else was wonderful! The hotel was cheap and very nice for the price! I traveled solo, I had a king sized bed, wonderful shower and bathroom amenities! Right out front you have access to the trains which handles transportation for you but most things in the area are walkable! Museè D’Orsay was around 20 minutes away by walking!

We loved this area. We stayed on the third floor which came with a balcony, I saw reviews saying you don’t get what you see but it just depends on the package you buy. In our case we got the balcony with the double room. Everything was renovated and new. The only problem we had was the AC wasn’t running the first night but we brought it up to the staff and they were able to fix it. The massage tub did leak and did not massage however it was nice to sit in there to relax. Overall I loved being there we had thoughts about staying extra nights. Definitely recommend!!! You’ll love it here. Very convenient for the metro as well

False advertisement on transportation

The hotel was in a good location, false advertising about transportation to the hotel from airport even got an email from staff saying they would provide it. On arrival they said they had to update the info as it wasn’t correct and staff had given me wrong info. Also on checkout I asked for a taxi and front desk guy was rude he said he would call then couldn’t guarantee if I would have a taxi or how much it would cost as he was waiting for them to call him back after waiting for 20min I just got myself an uber and rude guy said do what you want then told me I paid too much for uber and taxi would’ve been a flat fee of $65 I said you couldn’t tell me the price earlier and you couldn’t guarantee me a taxi

Male cleaning staff repeatedly entered my room even though I told them not to clean it and also had a Do Not Distrub sign on the door. I was solo traveling and had the sign on the door when male staff just opened the door ignoring the sign and not knocking. Later, my credit card that was left in the room on the bed was used to make several chargers. I would not recommend staying here. I did not feel safe with male cleaning staff having access to my room and coming in without knocking even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door. He was eager to come into my room even though I told him not to several times. Very unconfortable experience.
