Malgré que ma chambre était côté rue ( rue bruyante ) je remercie le personnel de l'hôtel pour leur gentillesse, une mention spécial à la femme de chambre de la chambre 328, la chambre était très propre, je me suis sentie comme à la maison, tellement propre ! Merci beaucoup !

Pas d'ascenseur, le lavabo dans la chambre, les oreillers petits et plats, les cintres à la tête du lit donc inutilisables et les lits "refaits" c'est à dire la couette juste rabattue.

Not all Ibis hotel are good.This hotel had bad toilet smell and no ventilation of air. Noisy too. The bed was small and we are petite size even! The only good thing was location.

À éviter

Très déçu de cet hôtel qui est en plein travaux!!! Les chambres sont non fumeurs mais sentent la cigarette… un établissement plus que moyen que je ne conseille pas. La salle du petit déjeuner est minuscule et le parking est constamment même le soir. Très déçu car j’ai déjà séjourner dans ibis budget et c’était beaucoup mieux que ça!!!

I liked the bed as it was comfortable and the staff was helpful. However, the family room was exceptionally small and the toilet was in unacceptable condition. It was the worst experience ever in this hotel. The shower drainage was blocked so changed the room and then the toilet flush did not work in the second room. No tea/ coffee facility in the room and breakfast items were very limited than a continental breakfast.

My reservation could not be found or confirmed in the system, probably due to too many modifications. But the hotel manager was very kind and gave me a room while the staff fixes the issue. I had a nice rest. The place is okay if you simply need somewhere to stay. The shower was small and had not glass door or shower curtain so the bathroom would get very wet each time. The breakfast was simple but good. There was unfortunately a lot of flies. Aside from that its very far from the center of Paris. I would recommend an ibis closer to downtown. All in all I enjoyed my stay

Aceptable

La calidad precio es aceptable. Pero siempre es bueno que haya más limpieza en la habitación y máxime cuando se les autoriza a limpiar dicha habitación. No había jabón ni champú. Hay personal que no saben hablar en inglés y muchos de ellos no tienen el mejor trato al cliente. La entrada al hotel a la noche es oscura y no se ve nada si vas caminando.
