Staff at the restaurant took our food off the table while we were still eating it, the restaurant was not full and we were not taking an unreasonable amount of time… front desk staff also hung up on us while trying to order room service saying they were busy.

The hotel was very close to the airport so it was great for our early flight the next morning. The room was clean enough. The staff were nice. However, the hotel had seen better days. The wall paper was lifting off. The hotel dinner was not good either.

Excellent inexpensive hotel, a bit tricky to get because of the stupid signage the French have in CDG ( very confusing) Hotel is clean, fun and the bar is very nice with excellent food. Shower has excellent pressure, bed comfortable and pillows as well.

We are a family of 5 and booked two large corner rooms for a couple of nights. This hotel is amazing and the amenities are great for families. Check-in experience was as not the best as the rep was a trainee and took about 30 minutes to complete the check-in process and hand out keys. In addition, one of their front desk female employees is pretty rude and smug. Other than that, the hotel stay was amazing. Lobby has a few games for kids, a table tennis, a mini lawn bowling and an arcade. The rooms were superb and quite large. Laminate flooring and not your standard carpet rooms. Bathrooms were clean and loved the his/her bathroom vanity. Overall i would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Multiple airline crews checked in including Air France and Emirates.

It is a lovely place with lovely staff. Great breakfast. I really didn’t like the room set up. The shower is open to the room, which was very odd and uncomfortable. You step out of the shower into the room at large. I really didn’t like it.

The room was very compact but well-appointed and it was relatively quiet. The restaurant was excellent. But there were a couple of issues. Importantly, while the room seemed clean overall, a couple of items left behind by the previous guest were visible on the table - items with her name etc. Another issue was the very slow check-in, worsened by the extremely loud, thumping music emerging from the bar to the left - I had trouble hearing the check-in person and vice-versa. Finally, following room service instructions got me a pre-recorded message in French. Hence I had to go to the restaurant (which was good but I would've preferred eating in my room at that time). So, it was fine for a stay near the airport but has issues.

Excellent Choice for Layover Near CDG
We stayed here for one night after arriving to France for tour of the Loire valley- too tired to rent the car on arrival without first getting a good night's sleep. Staff were great, room was of good size, immaculate, and totally quiet despite being right next to the airport. You can get to the hotel for free using the airport tram, but you must be aware to get off at a parking lot stop that is between regular stops 2 and 3. There is then a 10 minute walk down the path to the left to the hotel- which is the last hotel at the end of the path. Make sure your luggage has wheels! BTW, no sign of the insect wildlife that has been the talk of Paris these days.

Should not be rated a four star property. Our request for a crib in our reservation was ignored and took over an hour to rectify, after multiple calls and attempts were made. Front desk staff was apathetic and unprofessional. Avoid this property when in Paris.

This was a great hotel. I was travelling late at night alone and to be honest, other airports should take note of what CDG has done. There are over 10 hotels within the airport grounds all relatively new that are connected by an airport shuttle called VALCDG. It is wonderful to use. Extremely convenient, clean and safe. The Innside was amazing. Great welcoming staff, nice amenities, delicious food and the rooms are super modern and roomy. Strongly recommend this property

Please kindly note that we are really close to the airport. You have the CDG Val that is free of charge, 5 minutes walking from the hotel. It runs from 4am to 1am and it serves all the terminals. Great location for a overnight layover. The tram was super nice and takes 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. My husband and I didn’t realize you have to exit the airport to get on the tram… the Paris airport is confusing. So just be aware of that. Otherwise the hotel was super convenient to be that close to the airport. Room was fine for us for a night.

So quiet! Fun little bar downstairs and a nice breakfast for 15 euros. Would recommend if you are arriving late and just need a place for the night.

Probably OK for a Business Traveler, the CDG Tram system is NOT so simple or convienient for Tourists with any significant Luggage. If that's you, find a place that has an actual shuttle of their own.

Disappointment at the airport
Thought we would try a new hotel for our one night at the airport. 1. Only two small pillows on the bed and when asked for another we were told there were no extras in the hotel 2. Room was hot and thermostats would not lower enough 3. No adapters for chargers 4. Bar / resturant closed so early we could not get dinner 5. When we grabbed a drink at the bar as they were closing we were told cash only, no credit cards. Just very dissapointing

We also offer room service from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Convenient airport hotel
This hotel is among several that are walking distance to an airport tram - very convenient to CDG! They have a nice outdoor area to eat, food was just okay. The room was very neat and clean, spacious enough for two, but note that the sink area is not enclosed so when you step out of the shower you have no privacy. Other than that, I would recommend for convenience to the airport.
