A nice hotel in the north of Paris. Very nice people. The hotel is located in a neighborhood that is not de most expensive. It is exciting and nice.

whole night crazy drunkard people yelling at each other,,i was very scard whole night..didnt sleep at all,i had my son with me,who keeps on getting up,terrified asking me whats happening,no ones answering the phone. In the morning we left that hotel..at the front desk the lady goes we'll give you another room..my god,, i couldnt believe what i went through..we booked for total of three nights,,which they are refusing to give our money back for 2 night which we didnt even spend there.

No elevator and the centralized heater sounds like there is an airplane that takes off every 10 mis!!! Shower was clogged. No parking!!!!

L'accueil des gĂ©rants de l'hĂŽtel Ă  Ă©tĂ© trĂšs chaleureux et disponible. En revanche poignĂ©e de la porte de la chambre cassĂ©e, rideau posĂ© sur le radiateur car tringle cassĂ©e. Impossible de rĂ©gler le chauffage car thermostat cassĂ© donc chaleur et pas possible d'ouvrir la fenĂȘtre puisque echauffaudage juste devant . Une serviette pour 2......

al inicio hubo problemas con la reservacion pero todo se areglo.. pero sobre todo la ambilidad del personal.. todo el tiempo atento a mis dudas o problemas muchas gracias.... lo recomendare mucho

La habitaciĂłn no estĂĄ mal, camas bien, cĂłmodas. EstĂĄ una estaciĂłn de metro cerca y tiendas y tiene wifi en la habitaciĂłn. Lo malo es que se escucha mucho el ruido, no tenĂ­a aire acondicionado no abanico asĂ­ que no podĂ­amos cerrar la ventana para evitar oĂ­r un poco mĂĄs el ruido. La otra cosa es que no tiene elevador y nos toco hasta el tercer piso.

Excelente hotel si quieres pasar poquitas noches, es sencillo pero limpio y comodo para una estancia corta, los empleados muy amables y no tuvimos problemas con nuestra reserva, ya la habitacion estaba lista. Lo recomiendo!! Tiene la estacion de tren a 5 minutos y supermercados y restaurantes alrededor.

We weren't happy that the handle on the door of the room we were given was hanging off but the staff happily moved us to another room & moved an extra bed into the room so there was enough for the 3 of us. The shower was a bit small & tended to fill up rather quickly but it had a pretty good strength to the head & we found a way around it. The curtain was fixed to nails on the windows of the bathroom however I think there was a rack on the curtain over the window in the bedroom area - we tended to open this at night as the room got warm. The winding stairs were a tad dangerous & uneven.

On entend le mĂ©tro ou les travaux du mĂ©tro comme s'il passait sous notre lit. Il faisait trĂšs chaud mais impossible de dormir fenĂȘtre ouverte cĂŽtĂ© cour, les voisins parlent super fort tard dans la nuit, les portes le personnel de mĂ©nage enfin toute la maison est bruyante, c'est incroyable.

Hotellin henkilökunta ei osannut englantia, joten emme voineet tilannetta selvittÀÀ heidĂ€n kanssaan. Odotettuamme asian selviĂ€mistĂ€ noin 20 minuuttia tuli hotellin ilmeisesti johtaja tai muu pÀÀttĂ€vĂ€ssĂ€ asemassa oleva henkilö viittomaan meidĂ€t pakettiauton kyytiin. TĂ€ssĂ€ vaiheessa he olivat saaneet kadulta tulkin paikalle, joka kertoi meille hotellin siirtĂ€vĂ€n meidĂ€t toiselle puolelle kaupunkia toiseen hotelliin. TĂ€stĂ€ siis suuntasimme kyseisen pakettiauton kyydissĂ€ noin 25min toiselle puolelle Pariisia. Uudessa hotellissamme kellÀÀn ei ollut tietoa tĂ€stĂ€ jĂ€rjestelystĂ€, mutta saimme kuin saimmekin lopulta huoneen. EIKÖ TIETO VARAUKSISTA KULJE PALVELUSTANNE HOTELLEILLE, VAI MITEN VOITTE SELITTÄÄ KYSEISEN TILANTEEN / VARMISTAA ETTEI NÄIN TULE TAPAHTUMAAN JATKOSSA PALVELUANNE KÄYTTÄVILLE ASIAKKAILLENNE? SelvitystĂ€nne mielenkiinnolla odottaen.

the only bad thing I can say about this hotel is that you can hear everything going on in the hotel and you can hear the train passing. The owners don't speak English but as soon as we showed up they made us feel comfortable. The hotel is owned by a family and they are in the process of renovating. We had a shuttle scheduled to pick us up to head to the airport and when the shuttle didn't show the lady at the desk called the shuttle and they said they were not going to show up...so the gentleman at the desk flagged down 3 taxis in order for us to make it to the airport on time. If you are on a budget and don't mind noise this is the perfect hotel. It's a 5 min walk to the metro too.

Hotellet var nedslidt og ikke fÊrdiggjort mÄske under renovation. Med en okay beliggenhed i forhold til metro og lidt at komme ind til centrum. Hotellet personale tale pÄ ingen mÄde engelsk men gjorde alt for at gÞre sig forstÄelig.
