The location was excellent - only a block away from the metro stop Bastille and 2 blocks from the monument and plaza of the same name. The front desk was very helpful in finding a local laundry service that could turnaround our clothes within 48 hours - something not that common we learned.

Good position, ultralight poor breakfast, poor bathrooms, smelly towels, but for visiting Paris it's enough. Doesn't matter where you stay in Paris, the transportation it's ok.

Loved it!

Truly awesome place! Great location, super super close to the metro but also in a very walkable part of the city. Very kind and attentive staff. I didn’t do the breakfast, but only because there was so much awesome dining nearby. Would certainly stay here again. Only thing is the bedding itself was not super comfortable. Mattress was nice but the sheets weren’t amazing.

Ideal location

The hotel is ideally located. Buses and metro very close. Bus directly to Gare du Nord or Roissybus. Opposite Opera Bastille. Bars, cafes, restaurants nearby. Staff professional and friendly. Breakfast fine.

The lift was very small but overall i had a great stay. I found the men to be more friendly and approachable for questions than the lady. She was not approachable and she did not have a smile.

The hotel is ideally located. Across from Opera Bastille, there are excellent bus and metro services nearby. Bus 91 goes to Gare du Nord for RER B connection to CDG Airport. Bus 29 takes you to Auber for Roissybus connection (except Sun). Hotel is small, clean and comfortable and staff excellent. I have stayed twice and have 2 more stays booked

They should improved the quality and variety of breakfast options and they need to keep attention about the items that is finishing to replenish. The reception or front desk personnel are amazing and wants to help the guests all the time.

Property is in a great location just a couple minutes walk to the station and there’s lots on your doorstep to explore. However, the room door did not lock! We realised on our last night that when we would leave our room, we would slam and pull the door but if you look properly it wasn’t fully closed and if you pushed with slight force it would open. Add to that, there were notices about thefts in the area and in hotels so we felt nervous and unsafe on our last night. We were told nothing about this at any point but when we alerted staff at check out they did not seem surprised and advised that sometimes the doors need a strong pull/jiggle (but this does not resolve it as the door and lock mechanism is fundamentally broken) which is below minimum expectation of what a hotel should provide. It’s a shame because the location really is very convenient and the room was clean so it would have been a good choice for a quick trip but the lack of safety is a key issue and troubling. I hope they fix it soon.
