Ali was so helpful getting us to the right Underground railways. And the breakfast lady was so bubbly and upbeat, I had to try her breakfast because she was just praising it so. It was very good and it was the only breakfast I ate during our time in Paris that had dates. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it also had a nice Garden area towards the back.

The room was good. My only real complaint was that it was right next to the elevator so you can hear it going up and down while you are trying to sleep, but eventually you get used to it. The hot water takes a few minutes to heat up, you just have to wait for it. There were no blankets, so you have bump up the heat. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. It's steps away from the metro station. Definitely recommend it.

Good standard hotel for a stay in Paris. However the hotel was having construction done during our stay, it’s nobodies fault we understand that places need remodeling however it’s upsetting that we still paid full price for a hotel that was having construction being done on. The concierge was extremely nice so the customer service is great!

Paris trip - family of 4

Stayed as a family of four in a room that had two separate rooms with one bathroom. The hotel was very clean with comfy beds, blackout curtains, and a strong hot/cold shower. Check-in/out was quick, and the location is great—3 minutes from Beaucicaut metro, near many restaurants and a Monoprix grocery. The rooms are quite small with little space for luggage or toiletries, and no vanity area. Renovations were happening but didn’t bother us since we were out most of the day. Great for singles or couples, but families might find the space tight. Overall, a comfortable stay and solid 4 stars!

Clean hotel very close to metro. Supermarket, bars, cafés and restaurants close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. My booked room was under renovation so I got a free upgrade. Parts of the hotel were still under renovation during my stay but noise was ok.

It was perfect for me and my daughter, the room was a great size for us. The loacation is great, with the metro just a minute away and bus stops nearby. It was also an easy walk to the Eiffel tower! All the staff were amazing and so accommodating to us, so polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 nights and overall it was fine, though there were a few things worth noting. The hotel was under construction during our stay, which we were not aware of beforehand. There wasn’t a true lobby, but rather a temporary space set up for check-in. Prior to arrival, the hotel sent a questionnaire about airport transportation, but unfortunately no one ever followed up despite my request. It would have been helpful to receive confirmation or communication on that service. That said, the location was excellent — less than a 2-minute walk to the train station with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself was small (as is common in Paris), but worked for a short stay.

Property is under renovations so a lot of it is very new. Staff were excellent, particularly the woman attending at breakfast (which was very good value of you don't fancy eating out) she was super happy and pleasant. Rooms are modern with it being renovated but my only gripe was it still smelled strongly of paint and building materials - id urge the hotel to air the rooms out for a week or two. Good free WiFi, decent breakfast, nice showers, comfy beds. Air con was a big let down, mine didn't seem to work so it got pretty hot at night. I did have windows opened but the road outside can be very loud and busy at times. Overall a nice stay, convenient for transport and walking with decent amenities and nice staff.
