Love this hotel! Staff are unbelievably helpful, the lady on reception was particularly awesome. Room is comfortable and a great size (Paris rooms are always small), immaculately clean and well appointed. Shower is large with great pressure. Only thing I’d suggest was bigger towels! This is my sixth or seventh time staying here as it’s brilliant value and a great location. THANKS!

Came home after a night out and no one was at reception. I had no way of getting in and I was outside, a young girl, by myself. I was catcalled and felt very unsafe. I tried getting help from strangers who didn’t know English, and I was all by myself, cold, scared, and very upset. After a while reception came out after “prepping breakfast”. Very very disappointing and will not be coming back.

the staff were friendly and the facilities were spotless. Our room was awesome BUT... the fridge didn't work and even though we asked twice it was never fixed so we couldn't keep food in the room. otherwise we loved the place. The location suited us really well and it was super easy to come and go. Will definitely book again for our next trip!

Water would not go down in my bathroom sink at all! Toilet did not look properly cleaned. Window was open when I arrived so room was freezing and even turning on the heat did not help throughout my stay. You can hear the metro/trains but it’s not awful. I appreciated the staff coming up to close the window (couldnt figure it out) and letting me store my baggage for a few hours after checkout, and the location is super convenient.

Delta lost my luggage. The wonderful lady at the front desk was so kind and gave excellent directions to shopping to buy a few clothes. The hotel staff was wonderful, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. It is across the street from Gare d'Est which made it very convenient to access the Metro.

Localização sem dúvida é o ponto a se destacar. Mercado ao lado, estação de trem em frente (Gare de l'est), restaurantes, mac donald, burguer king, tudo bem próximo. Quarto limpo, banheiro com banheiro. Pontos negativos: pra mim foi o ar condicionado que não funciona. Depois que estava lá e não conseguíamos ligar, vi alguns comentários sobre ar condicionado não funcionar. Outro ponto negativo é secador de cabelo, bem fraco. Mal secava o cabelo do meu filho pequeno.
