Great breakfast, reasonable price

Great breakfast for a reasonable price, ate at the restaurant next door at night. Very walkable part of town. The Arena behind the hotel is worth visiting.

This is a pleasant hotel in a great area of the Latin Quarter. Rooms are plain, but clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and housekeeping were exemplary: I fell ill during my stay and they were helpful and supportive.

Quiet, weIl located hotel rue Monge. Rooms are very clean, recently renovated and well appointed. Front desk is very customer friendly. A great place to stay for a week end or short week vacation.

I will say that the very best part of this hotel is the location. We were able to have a very lovely few days in Paris because this was located in a good place. The bed was comfortable, and our window opened onto a large courtyard which was very picturesque. However, there wasn’t really a shower, more realistically a bath, which was a bit difficult to use at times. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Well located

The staff are what makes this hotel special. My room had a very odd half bath tub that made it hazardous to shower in.The tub was grooved and slanted, just not made for average people- maybe a children’s tub? At any rate the neighborhood was lively, with good restaurants nearby, metro and buses were convenient as well. I think overall the facility itself was just tired. The front desk was well staffed with exceptional employees, and that says a lot in Paris

Perfect for us

Excellent location near restaurants and bars of Latin Quarter. Two metro stops close by. We walked to Eiffel Tower, Louvre etc although some may prefer Metro. Vincent and very nice man from Algeria were wonderfully helpful with suggestions and assistance. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel can arrange taxi to CDG for about 70 Euros. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for 5th Arr and Latin quarter. Pantheon, notre Dahm, Luxembourg gardens and markets all walkable in 10-20 min. Some restaurants right down stairs our the door. The staff is ultra helpful. Room standard but nice. Does have ac which was a big plus as they have been having a heat wave. The only negative for us was the elevator was out and we were on the 4th floor so had to walk up and down with luggage and ourselves every time. We checked in Tuesday and checked out Thursday but no repair. They had tried to get someone and that company kept delaying coming. So it would have been really much better for us with all the walking around Paris if that were operational. Otherwise staff is ultra friendly. They have a luggage storage and staff are very helpful all the way around.

Very nice people nice room nice location close to two farmers markets you have to Google the days they are opened. It is in the latin quarter. If you have teenage kids they can play in the back in the arena with other kids

Front desk was so helpful and spoke English, ordered us taxi’s, went out of their way to help! Night time was very scary for my daughter as someone was banging on the door (either ours or our neighbours) very loudly at 1:15 AM.

This is a small European hotel which is a bargain at the price. What makes it excellent is the kind and helpful staff. The location is superb. Don’t miss the Roman arena which the hotel is directly attached to. It is quiet and I slept well. The bathtub/shower is funky but not a big deal. There’s a cute cafe/restaurant next door that is inexpensive but the food and service are both good. There’s a carrefour grocery store 2 minute walk away. Small refrigerator in the room and kettle in the lobby. Very convenient to metro stations. I would definitely stay here again. It’s not luxurious but the staff make it special.

Small hotel with surprisingly roomy (considering it is a 3 stars in paris, where most hotel rooms are just around 12 SQM),well appointed and comfortable rooms. Aircon was welcome. Hotel staff is nice and welcoming, and providing efficient support with taxi bookings. Hotel is conveniently located on Rue Monge, a 2 minutes walk from 2 metro stations. Hotel has 6 floors, served by a small lift, so expect some waiting time when everybody checks out at 11 AM.

The property is located on the main road so you are very near to the eating joints and other shops and services. There is a superstore and pharmacy across the street. The room was small but has almost everything you need like a mini fridge and a safe, almira, good beddings and a mini bathtub in the bathroom. If they can add an electric kettle in the room it will be great plus. The metro station is also near by and notre dame is 15-20 mins walk away max. The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet but at night you you can hear some cars going by but it's not something which bothered us. We only were able to talk to the people at the reception all of them very nice and polite. The gentleman at the time of the checkout was super friendly and offered us recommendations for the rest of our trip in france which was very helpful. Overall very happy with stay will come back whenever I visit paris again.
