L’endroit a été rénové, salle de bain et fenêtre avec volets électriques neuves. Chambre très très petite par contre lit et literie très confortable. Pour une nuitée c’est parfait. Peut être demander chambre vers cour étant donné que l’hôtel est situé sur un coin de rue et qu’il a de l’activité tard la nuit. Quartier pas incroyable mais pour le prix ça convient totalement. 2 minutes d’y. Métro.

Franchement, expérience catastrophique dans cet hôtel proche du Stade de France. La chambre était sale dès notre arrivée, rien ne donnait une impression de propreté. L’isolation est inexistante : on entend tout, impossible de dormir correctement. Même le papier toilette était de très mauvaise qualité, c’est pour dire le niveau… Le pire reste le comportement du personnel. La femme de ménage a frappé puis est entrée directement dans la chambre sans attendre notre réponse, aucun respect de l’intimité. Et au moment du départ, le réceptionniste était carrément allongé sur le comptoir avec les pieds sur le bureau… complètement lunaire pour un établissement censé accueillir des clients. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix et aucun professionnalisme.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. C'est un bon rapport qualité/prix. La salle de bain de ma chambre a été manifestement rénovée et était propre, ce qui est un point important pour moi. La chambre disposait d'un store extérieur roulant, plutôt rare à Paris et je trouve ça très pratique. La ligne 12 du métro n'est pas loin, il y a un petit intermarché au pied de l'établissement, deux ou trois boulangeries sur le chemin du métro. Vraiment très pratique.

The only nice thing is that the rooms have been renovated. Otherwise it’s a mediocre property and the staff are terrible. It is only worth it if the price per night for a single room is below €50 including taxes.

Personnel de l’accueil très agréable, si soucis ils seront toujours là pour vous trouver une solution. Nous avons passé 3 nuits avec nos 2 enfants et tout s’est très bien passé. Pas de soucis pour dormir. La chambre est petite oui, mais on savait à quoi s’attendre en y venant. Hôtel vraiment au dessus du métro. Idéal quand on ne connaît pas Paris. Merci à vous

Our check in was very quick however one of the rooms we booked very bad. As soon as we got out of lift on 3rd floor there was two mattresses blocking route to go to room. Entered the room the beds fully blocking any walking space to even get to side of the window and get in bed. Toilet handle broken. No mini fridge in hotel room and no phone to ring downstairs desk. Only good thing is location is close to McDonald's supermarket and Lidl at 3am was a lot of noise outside from people shouting.

Bathroom was dirty, didn't have a toilet brush or anywhere to hang a towel. Room was noisy, had coat hangers but nothing to hang them on, tiny uncomfortable bed (barely a double). Corridors full of clutter. Unfriendly check in experience. 10 Euro charge for storing bags after check out. Only positive is the early check-in and late check-out times.

L’hôtel en lui même est sale, la chambre s’était passable mais sur les rideaux il y avait des traces blanche, traces cigarette sur le lavabo, poils dans la douche mais SURTOUT, une odeur extrêmement forte de be*h dans la chambre, qui ne partait pas. On a du dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte en plein milieu du mois de décembre. Le quartier est honnêtement a fuir , surtout si vous êtes une femme. Sinon le personnel est sympathique.
