When we check in, we are assigned room 1 on the ground, but it is too noisy at night, for it is near the train station. After we give this feedback, the staff is really nice to assign another room for us, the only problem is the new room has a pit on the ground, and if not careful, it will be easy to fall down, but much better than the 1st one. As for transportation, it is good, since Europe station is nearby, and it is easy to find a grocery. It lives up to my expectation on a 3-star hotel in Paris.

I stayed here with my family for 5 days. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The place was well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and good enough before heading out to check the city. The location is near the shopping mall, metro, bus station, and supermarket. Our experience was amazing! I definitely recommend this place.

Really good stay at the Hotel! Room was sufficiently and exactly spacious. Staff was super nice and friendly. My only small and likely insignificant complaint would be a shower curtain in the shower. Besides this little niggle, I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and comfortable for the price. Very quiet at night as it's away from any main drag.Except for one girl who was lovely, the reception staff couldn't really care less about you. Our room was only cleaned once in 5 days and even then I had to request it. Breakfast was good but the mood of the staff depended upon who was working. One couldn't do enough for you and the other one thought she was doing you a favour. A couple of gripes but I would still stay there again.

Good , but …

Overall experience was good for what we paid. We expected the hotel to have view on Tour Eiffel as the pictures show. But unfortunately it hadn’t. Rooms were smaller than they appeared in the pictures. But we enjoyed the room with the balcony. The area was a bit far from all the busy areas, but great next to carrefour and rome merto station. Area is very calm in general. The hotel has a nice terrace on gf for a morning coffee. Staff was good in general. I suggest this hotel, but make sure to select the right room size and location.

I had a wonderful time at Cervantes hotel, the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist guest. The hotel is near several metro stations and you can walk to restaurants that are nearby.

They had us wait for 30 minutes after we checked in to clean the room, They had a leaky tub and 13£ for breakfast. It was a bit of a walk everywhere (15-50)for tourists. Great staff, very good english and helpful with me!
