Staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good. Close location to Gate de Nord/Gare de L’Est and the metro. Good local bars /eateries. The Hotel itself was quiet but a lot of street but then this is to be expecting with it being in the city. Excellent value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alane. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel and its rooms offered everything we needed. Moreover, the hotel's location is superb. You can easily reach the train station Gare de l'Est and its metro station on foot. Moreover, there are several good shops and restaurants nearby where you can get what you need. The breakfast was also excellent. Hotel Alane is just a three-star hotel, but it felt like a four-star or even five-star hotel. If we come back to Paris, we will definitely stay at Hotel Alane again.

Very friendly staff. They had a luggage service so we could leave our suitcases with them early on before checking in, then go explore Paris. What was disappointing was the shower: it was very cramped and the double door let the water out, so the whole bathroom was flooded instantly.

I thought it was a lovely hotel and staff was wonderful . Worked perfectly for my stay . Didn’t give 5 stars because I had to ask for a fridge or a bin to be brought in (which they did and was great) but just thinking it shouldn’t have to be asked for some with body wash which wasn’t refilled until I inquired. Other than that it was absolutely perfect and clean . One of the most pleasant staff members I saw in hotels all over the world

The Alane Hotel was a friendly clean place to stay. It’s closeness to the trains and subway is a definite plus. Great value for a fun stay in Paris!

Great location in Paris. Across the road from my son’s flat and a few hundred yards from Gare d’Est which we used a lot. Good air conditioning. The shower was very small but other than that great value for money.
