The location was convenient, the rooms were OK but the checkin process was the worst experience I’ve had. The booking was done through Expedia, but Expedia and Highstay are so disconnected and disorganized, neither of them were able to reply to my request for a minor change in the number of guests to my reservation, even though the apartment reserved was meant to accommodate more than the number of guests in our party. There was no reception at the hotel, so everything had to be done perfectly before we arrived and they did not allow cancellation after 7 days before arrival. The registration required so many details for every guest it was a very long process.
