The facilities are in great condition. Beautiful place for kids to have fun. My kids had a lot of fun from the pool, to the games room etc. The free shuttle to Disneyland park and back came in very handy. However, I didn’t like the fact there was no eggs on the breakfast menu, we were asked to pay for it(so much for an intercontinental menu)

This hotel was so noisy we barely slept. It felt like the walls were made of paper, we could hear doors being shut in other rooms all night and at one point we heard someone vomiting. The staff at reception were nice, but the towel attendant at the pool was so rude. Really glad we only stayed one night and will never stay again.

Having previously stayed on this hotel we opted to stay again this year and was appalled that fact of you want an English breakfast it was an extra £12 euros etc plus paid £64 for parking. Absolutely shocking. You couldn’t take the breakfast back to the table in the main are with my family. Had to be eaten separate area. The bacon want cooked at all. The sausage wasn’t either. I didn’t purchase due to the fact o was Ian el to sit with my family if I did Shocking - would never go back to this hotel or recommend it.

Très bel hôtel, parfait lorsque l’on a des enfants. Je recommande. Je déplore cependant le manque de clim dans l’hôtel (accueil, restaurant etc)… heureusement que dans la chambre il y a des ventilateurs de plafond.

On arrival the staff was very friendly and were able to get us an early check-in. This was greatly appreciated after our 6hr flight and 1hour bus ride. As an American, I didn't realize most rooms do not have AC at hotels in Europe. We were there during the end of their heatwave and we had booked for 6 nights, so we knew we would need AC. Cyril, at the front desk was very helpful and was able to find us a suit with AC and the extra cost was well worth it! Overall our stay was very nice and we would consider returning.

I was extremely unhappy to discover that the hotel does not have air conditioning but rather a slow moving ceiling fan in each bedroom that does absoloutely nothing. We requested a fan and were again provided with a floor standing fan that did not work. In general a very basic hotel, breakfast was very basic, pizzas were frozen rubbish, drinks including beer was disgracefully overpriced for a very poor quality flat beer, pool was so heavily chlorinated that it was not possible to stay in for longer than a few minutes without eyes stinging

I wasn’t so happy with the room they gave us… was so dark and to get there you need to go through a long hallway passing next to the pool and the wet slippery flooring to get to your room! Unsafe for anyone to walk on that floor! Not enough towels even though the place is mainly visited for the waterpark inside it! They charge €2 to borrow a towel! Bathroom curtain disgusting! No tea or coffee in the room! Nice outdoor playing area, it’s Overpriced but okay to stay night or two for the Disneyland and waterpark experience..

Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel. Für die Kinder gibt es verschiedene Aktivitäten wie Schwimmbad, Spielplatz, Indoor Spielplatz, Spielhalle leider zu teuer geworden, jedes Spiel für 2,50 Euro. Ansonsten gutes Hotel nahe von Disneyland.

Horrible hotel. Staff is rude and unaccomdating. We had booked a 2 night stay. This hotel is advertised as having AC. There is NO AC at this hotel!!! We were there in June and it was sweltering hot. We tried to go down at 1am to talk to someone and no one was at the desk. Apparently they don’t keep staff awake during night hours. So if you need someone oh well. Hotel didn’t offer any refund or apology. We left after day one and Expedia refunded us one night stay. Although I don’t think we should have even had to pay for one night. Our family of 5 was dripping in sweat all night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Front dust staff extremely friendly, very helpful, love them the restaurant downstairs, the buffet. Very good food, but very expensive. The morning, continental breakfast, if you want eggs, you had to pay for them and if you wanted to know the eggs, you had to sit in a different part of the restaurant that would not allow family to sit with you. If they were eating the continental breakfast The restaurant in general sucked, it's owned by somebody different than the hotel and the hotel can't do anything about it

Der Empfang von der Rezeption war sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Die Betten waren auch sehr gut. Wir hatten unser Zimmer über der Anlieferzone des Hotels was heisst, dass es schon sehr früh sehr laut war. Wegen dem heissen Wetter mussten wir das Fenster offen lassen, da dass Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte. Am Abend hat sich das Hotelpersonal in dem Bereich unter dem Fenster sehr lange und laut unterhalten. Der Kinderspielbereich war teilweise geschlossen oder Sanierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Extras wie Eierspeisen oder warme Speisen musste man extra bezahlen was sehr schade war. Die Parkgebühr von 17,00 € pro Tag sind zu hoch. Der einzige Mangel an dem Hotel ist einfach das Speiseangebot. Frühstück ohne Ei anzubieten bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel kann man sich sparen und Abendessen Flat 40 Euro bei dem Angebot ebenfalls, Die Pizzen im Hotel sind fertige Böden, es wird nur belegt und in Ofen geschoeben. Ich empfehle im Supermarkt einzukaufen und draussen am Spielplatz oder indoor seine Speise zu geniessen. Alternativ kann mal leider nichts erlaufen, es ist alles mind 1 km weg, Supermarkt und Restaurants aber es gibt was. Das Hotel hat ein super freundliches Personal, ist in die jahre gekommen aber den Kindern gefällt es. war mit 3 Kindern jeweils 1 mal, also ingesamt drei mal da. Werde aber es wohl nicht wieder buchen. Empfehlen kann ich es aber für Kinder von 2-7 unbedingt

Overall, we had a good stay—the location was great and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that our room was missed during housekeeping, so it wasn’t cleaned one day. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning. Otherwise, everything was comfortable and enjoyable.

Tutto abbastanza normale per un 3 stelle, plus la piscina con scivoli....ma unica pecca ristorante al nostro arrivo non aveva nulla da cucinare per mia figlia celiaca...e la colazione solo pane e cereali e crackers...difficile per una bimba di 3 anni...tutto sommato un 3 stelle valutato 3 stelle!!!

We had a great stay for our family of 4 from Canada for a Paris Disney trip! The pool was awesome, location to the parks was great. Good restaurants and amenities for a family at the hotel. Would recommend!
