Mercure Paris Gare De l'est

The room was clean and a good size for Paris with a really good shower. The breakfast was all you expect and love in Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is ok if you want to be near the stations otherwise not the best.

One of the worst Mercure I’ve stayed at. Rooms are small and extremely cold. The heating is not enough to keep the room warm. The appliances are cheap and nasty. In need of urgent refurbishing. Breakfast is basic. Not worth the price.

Day & night front desk staff were nice and helpful. Area was convenient, room was small but sufficient. Housekeeping was sloppy, 2nd day removed our 2 bath towels n bath mat but replaced w only 1 towel & no bath mat. Reported to front desk but returned later w no change. Toilet seat only had 1 bolt so it slid, housekeeping should report that and the loose toilet paper holder to be fixed. Housekeeping was also in a rush & left 3 pillow cases piled up in our room. They also did a sloppy job making the bed where they didn’t tuck the bottom sheet at the foot of the bed. Lastly, the lift broke 5 times during our 7 night stay. The last breakdown they said would take days to replace a part.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 10h du matin. La chambre étant libre, nous avons pu déposer notre valise dans la chambre. L'accueil fut agréable et le personnel aimable. Le confort de la chambre et la propreté de la salle de bain étaient très appréciable.

Réservation dans un grand Hôtel pour un week-end. Réservation d une chambre privilège et on a eu une cage a poules le prix des chambres n est pas justifié j ai connu des Idis 10x mieux. Tres déçu 😞

Tres bon sejour.

Bien sous tout rapport. Juste chambre un peu petite pour deux adultes et un enfants. La signalitique est un peu limite , on passe assez facilement a coté sans trop le voir car dans une petite rue perpendiculaire . Personnel agreable . Petit déjeuner plus que correct. Je recommande.
