AVOID AT ALL CAUSE The only reason I do not out a zero is because is not an option. First, no AC and no way to at least open a window. The room was dirty. The sheets, the carpet, the bathroom all of it, and we were in a “refurbished” room. All the pictures that you see are catfish. My father in law almost got pickpocketed 15 minutes in, we were AT THE PROPERTY. We left after 1hr of being there. AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Good proximity to the city centre of Paris (circa 30mins). There were ongoing works in the hotel while there and as a result there was no water for 4 hours. Receptionist didn’t even mention this while checking-in. Had to come back and inquire. The alarm also went off the next day for almost 10 minutes, no clue if it was a test or not. Came out, saw no one in the hallway. The emergency exit wouldn’t open. The place is definitely not worth the price.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé au bout de la ligne 3 du métro. La douche est insupportable, difficilement acceptable, la température varie seule et rapidement du très froid au très chaud. La climatisation est très bruyante et perturbe le sommeil.

Staff was extremely helpful, kind and approachable. The manager (I believe his name was Niko) was very friendly and helpful The hotel is in an amazing location, you have restraunts and shops all in a very small radius with a metro and bus station right outside the hotel!
