「Two hours waiting for check in No towel in room No hot water」

「The worst hotel in my life. And awful smell and noisy at the night.」

「From what I understand this is a pretty typical level of hotel for this area, but not what I am used to in the US. When I arrived it seemed that the room hadn’t been cleaned but when I asked they cleaned it better. The staff couldn’t have been more gracious and hospitable. 」
