"This lovely little hotel is located in the centre of La Spezia making it the perfect base from which to explore Cinque Terre. Close to shops, restaurant and the train station. Could not have been easier."

"I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake. "

"1) The design is terrible (per my taste), even the poor pictures hanging on the walls gang not vertically. Lia, an art collector who's name this hotel is named after, would be offended. 2) They don't allow to leave luggage in a store room after checking out! I had to go from there to Cinque Terre. What can one do there with a suitcase?! Scandalous."

"We stayed in this hotel to discover the center of La spezia and cinque terre. As soon as we entered, we received a warm welcome from John at reception, he was exceptional very friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:) The hotel is very close to the beach and ferries, many dining options nearby! It was easy to get around. Super clean and the staff are very friendly, I recommend!"

"It’s great location if you want to visit Cinque Terre. The ferry terminal is walkable distance and the train station is not far away. You can park your car in the train station for free. The host is very friendly and helpful, he provided us good suggestions. We had great time there and Cinque Terre."
