「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適 」

「鄰近車站，走路不遠。這裡沒有電梯，飯店在三樓。公寓裡的電梯，飯店並不能使用。 由民宅改建，很有當地風格。一個小公寓空間被隔成三間，只有一個狹窄的走廊，其實隔音效果不太好，並且蠻可能遇到別的旅客。 必須注意員工有固定的上班時間。房間設備基本，有一些小驚喜，像是精油。整體佈置簡潔，空間還蠻大。旁邊就是鐵道，怕吵的可能不太適合。 房間佈置得蠻不錯，但整體來說就是民宿等級，以義大利的高昂價格來說，已經不錯，不用期待太多。」

「This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. 「A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!」

「Staff was helpful & our room was good ( except beds were soft & we like harder ones). Property is in center area with no parking on site but close if you can find a spot or they have a garage about four minute walk. Parking is not convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Our room was clean & had a good view of the towt」

「It's the second night staying at the same hotel after a day trip of hiking at Cinque Terre. Again it's nice to have a hotel nearby the railway staion after a whole day of up and down trekking. With the train pass, I could even go back to the hotel for a shower, change my clothes and go back to Cinque Terre for sunset and a nice dinner.」
