「Spent 2 hours trying to locate the hotel, can't find it not even with GPS」

「The service is excellent!! the receptionists are very helpful!! However the location is very difficult to go. I arrived milan by bus, but I didn't know how to reach the hotel by bus, at the end I had to walk to the hotel with my heavy suitcase for 30 mins. the hotel can be reached by bus 69 and tram 14, but thats it. It is quite far from the centre as well which take at least 25 mins by tram. Tram comes every 10 mins.」

「This is quite a good place to stay. Seems reasonably safe an area. Very convenient if you have work or a meeting at the Polytechnic. Also two good rail stations nearby and places to eat. The apartment we stayed in, room 2, was quite adequate for the stay and had air conditioning, which was very handy in the hot Summer of Jul 2026. Its got table and 2 chairs, a sofa, double bed,TV, fridge and freezer, cooker, plates etc, and a microwave, though you have to get this out of a cupboard and find...

「The room was very small. It reminded me of a tiny room in New York. There was hardly anywhere to put luggage and toiletries. I could just barely roll my luggage between the bed and the wall. It was a tight squeeze. We also weren’t in a very nice area…we had a homeless lady approach us just outside the hotel doors and followed us inside insisting she see our documents (which would never happen). The receptionist was great.」
