Nice hotel, clean rooms and bad breakfast

The stay was good, rooms are clean, well ventilated and A/C system is working perfect. The only issue - bathroom is without door, this might be an issue if you are travellimg with family. Breakfast was the worst part of the hotel, they could and probably must offer a decent breakfast for the price they charge for rooms.

This hotel is a gem! I loved everything about it. The staff were wonderful. Went over and beyond with the tidal wave USYS soccer teams, their families and guests. I felt completely safe. My room was impeccably cleaned.

I didn’t know what to expect but I must say I greatly enjoyed my stay. Miguel at the bar was so nice. The staff was great and I will definitely stay again. I do recommend renting a car since it is about 20 minutes outside of Duomo and 30-40 minutes away from the airport. The Ubers can get a little pricey

Family trip

Lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all. The bartender was amazing. Our next door neighbor was rude and noisy, we’ve been up a few times due to their children running in the hallway. (Almost 2am) Overall of the hotel is pretty good, except the location.

Ok for a stop over.

An ok hotel for a short stay, the bed was really comfy and the breakfast was good. However, the shower in the room without a door is quite unpractical, if you don't want to wash your hair you have to use the small shower and hold it while trying to wash yourself. Appreciate the eco friendly effort and trying to save water, but the random flushing of toilet was useless. And the pool area needs a complete refurbishment.
