"Lovely hotel with a spacious lobby area. The bedrooms were a good size and had air conditioning. The breakfast had a nice variety. The hotel is a great location as is only 15 minutes drive to Valencia city centre and is well serviced by a local bus and a taxi rank outside of the hotel. For those who enjoy sunbathing it may not be ideal as the sun beds had no mattresses so were hard to lie in for too long and there were no sun umbrellas in the pool area. The pool was small but adequate to cool down in."

"Lovely lovely staff at this retro feel hotel Its nice, it does need a refurb .asap. Plumbing seems to be struggling. Rooms are basically equipped . The TV was quite small & no refrigerator. There is an excellent supermarket across the road and the hotel breakfast is lovely"

"Check in was a mess. Put in all the traveller details ahead of time using the website, but then still had to use the kiosk at the front entrance to put in all the info, AGAIN. After a lengthy process at the kiosk, the screen read “please retrieve your key” . . . and literally nothing else happened. Don’t know if the machine was supposed to spit out a key, or a key card, or even a piece of paper with number on it, but literally nothing happened. A few minutes later a cleaning lady happened to come out, but she wasn’t able to help. After standing around listless for 10 minutes, the front desk employee came walking by from his lunch break and took me to the office to get a key. Don’t know what we would have done late at night or with nobody around."

"We had a superior room. They let us check in early which is a bonus point already. Hotel appears new or recently refurbished and we loved the decor throughout. Rooms were clean, and very effective Aircon. Bathroom was a good size and well equipped. The bar was very nice and we were in there every day. Fantastic hotel!"
