「The room was very clean and the location was great. However the service could be much better. The host was quick to respond but no actions taken. Don’t expect any service on the weekends as on one is available. We checked in and they accidentally shared the same checkin details with another guest; an interesting surprise when they opened the door. I understand human error but they went not able to change the door code, They guaranteed safety as there was a camera outside the door but we still...

「The only things I did not like were that first floor is up a stair case or this should have been described somewhere and one of the bathrooms was not very sound proof, but enjoyed my stay overall. Had two bathrooms, comfortable bed, location was great, felt safe, a lot of places and things to do close to the hotel. Great experience!」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「Very comfortable! Located inside of a cafe, each floor is one unit, n the elevator brings u to ur own unit. Really cool. Breakfast is decent, cos we arrived on Christmas Eve n no one works on the next morning,so they prepared our breakfast in the fridge for us. Only con is bathroom design is weird, u can't possibly keep the toilet area dry after showering. Overall, super recommended! 」
