"Exceed my expectations… Great apartment"

"Inchecking, was terrible. No room for early or late checkin regarding flight arrival or departure. They have communication through whatsapp, but much delay in response. They will reply, but there's nothing they're actually able to help you with. Bathroom is so small that you have to stand either in the shower or with one foot on each side of the toilet in order to close the door. Facilities it self are good, once you're able to survive the checkin. I would not book this again however. Worst...

Acceso y registro: El acceso al edificio no es tan fácil pues se requiere un registro facial en una plataforma que tardaba en cargar. "The room was very clean, very modern, and had a fantastic view of Copacabana Beach right near Posto 4. Communication was great and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows we're very comfortable, and it's probably the best shower I've ever had."
