"I am unable to explain how my stay was because we had a reservation, and the people in charge of the hospitality did not have the decency to let us know that it was already rented for other people. Since the beginning, this was a problem because I was unable to find the location anyways on the GPS, and this ended up being one of the worst outcomes during my usage of Hotel.com. They should review what is available and unavailable so that this does not happen again to other future possible...

"The hotel has excellent location for walks in the town and easy access to market, dinning option and the main church. The room we were hosted at didn't have a working tool for restriction of access, so we set a chair at the door in order to limit access. The pool area furniture was broken and not usefull to sunbathing; even the flowerpot was broken. This hotel is in urgent need for maintenance! "

"THERE WAS NO TOILET SEAT, THERE WAS NO RUNNING HOT WATER, THE PICTURES THEY USED TO PROMOTE THEIR HOTEL WERE FAKE. THE LOCK TO THE DOOR WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE A/C WAS NOT WORKING EITHER. I WAS HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING THERE AT ALL. I AM SURPRISED THAT EXPEDIA PROMOTE THIS HOTEL ON THEIR WEBSITE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. "
