「Our stay at Hanuwant Niwas was absolutely fantastic! The property is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Mahinder at the reception, who truly went above and beyond. When he found out we were planning to go out for breakfast, he kindly offered us breakfast at the hotel instead. His warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely cared...

「there was no free beverage or newspaper or water bottle as per our booking package..even for free dine we had to argue.. Ac was not working properly..blankets and towels were not clean..」

「Stay away from this hotel. The front of the hotel is falling down. The room was old with mold at the bottom of the walls. There is no management. The 2nd day when we arrived at 5 pm, the room was not done. I had to argue to get it done. The manager didn't apologize and the staff discussed between them who was going to clean the room. I will never go back to this hotel.」

The elevators were small, cramped and very old. My one compliment is that the pool looked nice and the lobby was lovely. The servers at the restaurant were not attentive. They just chatted with each other. If I wanted a drink, I had to physically get up out of my chair to get them to come over. I thought maybe it was an...

「The staffs were really helpful」

「The hotel staff is very friendly.」

「I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...

「It's nice with good service, just a little bit far from the city.」

「Beautiful property grounds, very courteous staff. Loved the food.」
