The Indanna was a good hotel and very comfortable as we were upgraded to a suite. The service at the pool was slow. But all and all a great place to stay.

Excellent service, awesome decor and fantastic food. Our in hotel experience was really, really good. The car service arranged by the travel desk was also excellent. We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but not the full day guide.

Nice comfortable hotel , though definitely not luxury. There was a wedding with a live band where loud music went on till way past midnight. Inspite of complaints nothing was done. Next day they changed our rooms after much complaint and chasing where it was much quieter. This is a regular issue with this hotel.

Lovely hotel, close to the airport but slightly out of Jodhpur. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and I was given my room immediately even though I arrived well before check in time. The restaurant is excellent with a huge variety of à la carte options as well as a good buffet option. My room was large and bed was very comfortable

Excellent Hotel Ambiance. Friendly Reception Staff too. Enjoyed our stay. Out of town and so little bit of a problem to get into town. Have to use hotel transportation and that was costly. Meals were great.

Located slightly out of the hustle bustle market area which is what we wanted. You can hire the hotel car to travel locally for a nominal fee. Air conditioning did not work in the gym and the hotel was not able to fix it upon request. Hotel staff was predominantly men. It would have been nice to have more women in the reception area and general hospitality staff. Overall good would recommend.

Hôtel sans charme

La propreté n'est pas le point fort de l'hôtel : vitres sales dans le hall d'entrée, première chambre visitée (une suite) nettoyée qu'en partie. Beaucoup de personnel mais pas très formé (un garçon d'étage qui entre dans la chambre sans attendre qu'on lui ouvre) Repas buffet et petit-déjeuner sans intérêt, avec un choix limité. Et pour finir, l'hôtel edt dans l'axe de la piste de l'aéroport. Des avions passent à certaines heures toute les 10 minutes juste au au-dessus. Le prix est très surévalué par rapport aux prestations.

Outstanding!

Real five star service. Outstanding staff and a superp hotel. Only drawback is noice from the flights. However, after 8 PM and untill 8-9 AM, no flights take off or land from the airport. During sleep - no noice.

It was such a hassle to book this hotel that being a Travel Agency, We are never going to book this property ever for our customers. Front Desk, Reservation, Central Desk, No body had an idea about our payments made the very same day we did the reservation. Despite of having receipt, nobody was there to resolve the issue. Everybody was threatening to release the room but no body was there to tally the payment receipt i had. -5 out of 5 Rating. Very Bad experience. Anyways, Best of Luck

g Wrong but Not Quite Right

The hotel is very good but lacks a pulse. The pool is detached from the hotel almost an afterthought. There’s no outside seating other than the smoking area. Nowhere other than the dingy bar to get a drink. It is also very close to the Indian Airforce so incredibly noisy when their jets flyover. I think this Indana is more of a business hotel than a holiday stay.

Service was horrible. Food came raw twice. Chef came out to explain its supposed to be pink near the bone but I showed him it was blood red not pink. I am a chef for 20 years now and I know the difference. We ordered expensive whiskey and the waiter took the glasses to a different room and filled with some unknown whiskey. I could smell right away there was a difference. My husband and I are avid whiskey drinkers and have had this specific whiskey hundreds of times. When we asked for the waiter to please bring the bottle and pour at the table they argued with us. When he did bring the bottle eventually he opened the bottle in front of us. So it seems that wasn’t the whiskey they originally gave us.

An Oasis in the dessert

This hotel is very nice on all levels including being quiet good for relaxing, everyone was professional and friendly would of stayed longer but it was booked up for a wedding. I will stay here again when in the area. It’s a little out of town and shopping areas but well worth the extra distance.

Compared to other places we stayed this time (Jaisalmer, Udaipur and Jaipur), the service lacked the warmth at Indana Palace, especially at check in. Stay was great, with nice amenities, much better decor inside the room and outside.
