"Vi fik den smukkeste udsigt som vi havde bestilt. Vi havde dog også bestilt med aircondition men det krævede at vi fandt informationerne i vores booking før hotellet gav os adgang til aircondition. Det føltes som om de prøvede at kræve lidt ekstra penge for dette. Vi boede på første sal ud til en meget trafikeret vej som larmede. Jeg ville hellere have haft ro end den smukke udsigt."

"Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area. The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area. "I don’t think I can fault this hotel! The hotel and facilities are breathtaking, but more importantly for me was the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they were! We had an early train trip and they organised my taxi and gave us a breakfast box to takeaway. I’m looking forward to exploring the other hotels when we come back to Italy. "
