We just left Puteoli Palace, we had a great stay, While the property is walkable to several restaurants, a grocery store and a few historical hidden gems, it is NOT close to the hustle n bustle of the city’s center. We had tours scheduled at various times, and the hotel’s driver accommodated us with no issues. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive to Naples Grand Central Station. The room was super clean! No issues at all there. Great shower, soft bed, AC was working great. We had a view of the sea, just gorgeous! The highlight… On our last night, we asked Mari (Maria) at the front desk for a restaurant recommendation that was walkable, served seafood and had a sea view. She suggested the restaurant on site, BUT she went above and beyond and had the staff convert a 2nd story patio to our own personal balcony to dine on. I don’t know if this is common practice or something they came up with on the fly, but either way..,,OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was so impressed! Thank you, we had a fabulous time!!!!

Room had been recently renovated. The room amenities were sorely lacking, not a cup, glass or tissue to be found. The air conditioning unit made a terrible noise. Maintenance came but was told that due to renovations, nothing could be done. The breakfast was great.
