「Cuando vi la propaganda del expedía ofrecía desayuno incluído y piscina y cuando pregunté quitaron lo del desayuno en la propiedad , la atención del personal es horrible no saludan no lo dirigen a la habitación por si nesecita algo El hotel es bonito pero le falta atención y un lugar donde tomar sin que fumen 」

「No hubo comunicación al decirle que necesitaba ayuda, nunca estuvieron disponibles. Ósea experiencia no muy grata 」

「There was no hot water option in the shower or sink house cleaning was extra and towels were not regularly available had to ask for new ones and they didn’t want to give me more then one at a time 」

「The apartment was not in condition for guest, there is a construction inside building and have dust in every place floor, kitchen ,bathroom, and couldnt breath that dust affect us , that we left the property 1 hour after, and moved to a hotel in the city. 」

「Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city.」

「El lugar esta limpio, hay algunas renovaciones que lo hacen mas moderno, el personal es muy amable y eficiente. Puntos a favor si quieres hospedarte frente a la UASD pues esta es una opción estupenda. 」
