「We had to book this room last minute due to unexpected road conditions. Pros: good parking, nice view from balcony, comfortable bed. Cons: bug in the shower, very unpleasant employee at front desk with absolutely 0 customer service ability. Overall, I most likely will not book here again due to poor customer service that affected my experience staying here. 」

「It’s in a great location for enjoying the hot springs and offers good value for money. The hot water works well, and I especially liked having a microwave.」

「The room was very clean. No concerns with cleanliness at all. It was very hard to get a hold of the front desk. The phone line says they are open from 9-8pm, yet I couldn’t get through the whole day prior to our stay. Office is actually only open from 4-7pm, so if you need anything outside of those hours, you're out of luck.」

「We had a great little stay at the Lido Motel. This is an older facility; however, the owners have made it a cozy, relaxing spot for overnight stays. It was perfect for what we needed! The staff were very understanding, helping me out when I realized that I had inadvertently double-booked myself. Would highly recommend this little gem.」
