I tired to phone the hotel no answer, also no response with emails. I contacted Expedia, and they tried to contact the hotel. Expedia response was they are unreachable! I wondered around for literally hours trying to find it, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and intimidated walking around and getting stared at. I had to book another hotel, which cost me twice as much and no refund was offered. "
