We've been staying at Best Western Palo Duro for two years now and we've never had a complaint. The staff has been very accommodating and the rooms are always clean. The staff are very courteous and the breakfast is always well-stocked and fresh. I recommend this hotel 100%!」

「For a low-priced hotel, this is surprisingly nice! Nice interiors, comfortable rooms, quiet despite the highway just outside. Breakfast was sparse in comparison to more standard fare in other chains, but the savings were well worth the difference.」

「Everything was nice and clean and we appreciated the nice breakfast and comfortable room. Our only suggestion is for taller toilets as they are too far to the ground and as a person almost 77, it is really hard to get up and down on the seat. Also, where the shower control is, you get soaked with cold water before it warms. If you turn it on before you get into the shower, you soak your clothes and/or hair and face when you don't want to shampoo your hair. Thank you for reading my suggestions.」
