「Worst hotel experience of my life. On my first night, I found hair in the shower and it looked like someone had used the toilet and it was never cleaned. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned before my arrival, so I wasn’t even able to shower that night like I normally would. The next morning, housekeeping finally cleaned the bathroom. Before leaving for the funeral I was in town for, I asked the staff to change my sheets while I was gone. I returned around 6 PM and it still hadn’t been done....

「The condition of the room itself was disappointing. The bathtub was peeling and bowed noticeably when stepped into. The bathroom ceiling appeared to be a patchwork repair job, and the walls throughout the room were in desperate need of fresh paint. The coffee maker did not work, the body wash dispenser was empty, and one of the pillowcases was stained (yellow). My room was on the second floor. The window opened fully but did not lock. 「Bathroom tub needed to be replaced looks like 10 years ago. I had crackheads smoking out sitting in front of my room on the sidealk at midnight and at 5 am. I assume they had a room there but don't know. Room was spacious and pretty nice, but I wont be back.」
