"Beautiful hotel. The hotel was clean but needed to be refurbished. Bed was not made properly. TV small, and sits on a table. Air condition did not work. Bathroom very old fashiond need updating. Carpet old. No fridge in room. Our first night we did not sleep well due to noise. Restaurant staff need more training. Did not enjoy Breakfast on the first morning, very slow topping up. Hot drink machine needed upgrading. Bottle water was provided daily. Good quality bread. Breakfast was good on the second morning."

"The reception staff really kind and attentive. The ladies cleaning the room always asked me if I needed anything else and I just found them to be really lovely. The air conditioning was fabulous to have. At one point in the middle of the night I thought it wasn’t working properly, I phoned reception and somebody came out immediately to have a look. In fact the problem was with me, I hadn’t understood quite how to manage the controls. This hotel is excellent and the staff go over and above to try and make sure guests are comfortable."

"- Breakfast is very basic, would not recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else. - Bedrooms are very dirty and smelly. - Checked in to my bedroom which had a dirty toilet full of stains, the toilet would not flush properly. Water running thru the whole night. Sink getting blocked everytime you would open the tap. - Curtains don’t cover the window properly so you have direct sunlight coming into the room. - Windows are extremely thin so you would hear the cars, all thru the night. -Only positive thing is that the staff is very nice and goes above and beyond."
