The hotel is very close to MRT Hua Lamphong. It's clean though not spotless. There are no windows. The toilet floor tiles can be slippery when wet. I slid twice and luckily didn't get hurt. The breakfast buffet is worth it for 250 THB, you'll be so full that you can skip lunch or dinner. The elevator could be confusing at first but then you'll get the hang of it after a while.

Its quite a well kept and clean hotel and even though the staff weren't good in explaining things in English they utilized the internet apps available quite well to assist us in our everyday queries. Very efficient and helpful staff. Centrally located in the city just close to my meeting venue at the ICAO Regional office and closer to 2 huge shopping malls. Very convenient.

This is one of the best hotels. The location, the helpful staff, the cleanliness and the free amenities made my stay even better. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

11th floor at front of Hotel was noisy with freeway traffic. Very clean and meals were nice.

Great location near malls and skytrain. Restaurants nearby were pricey but there’s a small alley of food stalls a short walk away we often visited for breakfast. Views can be excellent or so-so depending on location of room. First time we stayed the view wasn’t great. But second time we were upgraded to the top floor and the view was spectacular.
