  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

IT WAS NICE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE OUR PET WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THE VIEW OF THE BEACH WAS GREAT. I ENJOYED THE BALCONY IN THE EVENINGS TO LISTEN TO THE WAVES.

Worn/old but big rooms on the beach

Rooms were big and every room had a beach view, it was right on the beach. They were fixing the lobby so you had to go next door and the evening guy was terribly rude. The one elevator went really slow but worked. Bring your own beach chairs as the ones on the beach cost $40 a day to rent. It had A/C and was definitely not a new hotel but for the price being on the beach I might stay again.

We love this particular location/venue and have stayed in the past/ and will stay in future. But, the place is old and in disrepair in many respects. The hotel is about to go through some major renovations. Badly needed, including elevators. Other than that, great location. Great view with balcony and full kitchen. Staff great !!

Beachfront hotel

It was a great stay. The hotel communicated and checked on is regularly. They had a bonfire and invited the guests. They were beachfront. Great stay!

Very good

The view from our balcony was amazing, it was very roomy and very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone, I only had a problem with the ad said it had a stovetop and all it had a refrigerator and microwave, but overall it was great
