「They couldnt find the booking, then they give me a 1 single bed room (for 3 adults 1 infant, then they "upgrated" to 1 queen and 1 double bunk, in 1 little room, no water or kettel to make coffee. Not a place i will use again.」

「第二次入住，上次只住了一晚所以感覺不錯，此次連住一週可以深入感受到此住宿的優劣各方面。 優點房價便宜，有室外泳池，員工都很友善，位置近NCCC MALL及MTS乘的士往各處150P左右 缺點室內水壓不足，大廰各處蚊患嚴重，房價不包早餐而向員工表示付款享用早餐，員工拒絕。」

「在达沃，住过的几乎所有的酒店，服务人员都很诚实、善良。 但是这家酒店的服务人员除外。 我指的是餐厅那个男服务员。 作为直接这家酒店的住客，我们在餐厅吃饭，结账时他竟然额外加收了我们百分之三十的服务费！ 事先不加以说明，结帐时也没有说明， 当我们发现多收费用的时候，他才说这是加收的费用。 感觉这部分是费用是他个人私自收取的！ As guests of this hotel, when we were eating in the restaurant, the waiter actually charged us 30% extra! 「Although the place looks decent but could have improve in maintenance the staff was accommodating and friendly. The service was exceptional we actually left something valuable behind and they called us to inform we were surprised there are still honest and kind people. 」
