Tired but once was a nice property. Dirty spatters on walls, tables, floor, and elevator. Comfy and clean bed, good pillows. I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
